This Epistle is rich with Old Testament references and draws together God’s Mission expressed through Abraham, the Law and the Prophets with God’s Mission manifested in the person of Jesus Christ and then handed to the Church. This is a timely study as we begin our journey of discernment to arrive at our best understanding of God’s promised and preferred future for St. Matthew’s.
